About the project
Heritage 21 undertakes many Land & Environment Court matters that involve disputed heritage significance and sometimes contentious development to heritage buildings or in the vicinity of heritage buildings. Paul Rappoport, CEO of Heritage 21 provides expert witnessing and joint reports with other heritage consultants as required under Court proceedings. In the case of Fernleigh Gardens, proposed neighbouring development in the immediate vicinity of this listed heritage building had to be considered and resolved by the Court.

Although it also includes wrought iron balconies similar to homes in Paddington. The house has thirty rooms and a number of stained-glass windows.
