What is this report for?

If you are contemplating the purchase of heritage property, you would be better of obtaining expert heritage advice from H21 as to what changes can and cannot be made to the building or site that you intend purchasing. Many heritage buildings have different levels of heritage significance within them. Some parts may comprise exceptional heritage significance and other parts little. You need to know what these are.
