Key Details
- About The Project
Heritage 21 worked closely with the architects Andre Baroukh and Paul Brough in the development of the single storey Woy- Woy cottage into a two storey residence ensuring that all significant details of the original house were retained and carried over into the extruded second storey.
Heritage 21 was presented with an interesting project and a dynamic client. The aim was to add a second storey to the distinctly Moderne house built in the 1940s by carefully respecting its detail, curves and structure into the level above in order to provide additional accommodation and a swimming pool for the house. Heritage 21 worked closely with the client, the architects, and the builder through all phases of the project.
